- Ski Resort Information: Comprehensive details about Chilean ski centers from Metropolitan Region to Magallanes, including Valle Nevado, La Parva, El Colorado, Portillo, and others.
- Independent Service: SnowChile operates as an independent weather information service and is not affiliated with any ski resort or commercial skiing operation.
- Educational and Informational Purpose: The app serves as a tool for weather education, trip planning, and mountain safety awareness.
2. User Eligibility and Account Requirements
SnowChile is designed for users interested in Chilean snow and weather conditions:
- Age Requirements: Users must be at least 13 years old to use the application independently. Users under 13 may use the app with parental supervision.
- No Account Required: SnowChile operates without mandatory user registration, allowing anonymous access to weather information.
- Location Permissions: Users may optionally grant location access for enhanced distance calculations and location-specific weather data.
