- Cross-Border Location Services: GPS-enabled distance calculations and location-specific weather information delivery across multiple countries.
- Regional Alert and Notification System: Customizable snow condition alerts and weather warnings for optimal skiing conditions across Latin America.
- Multi-Country Ski Resort Information: Comprehensive details about ski centers from the Andes Mountains spanning multiple countries, including operational status, contact information, and access details.
- Independent Regional Service: SnowLatam operates as an independent weather information service and is not affiliated with any ski resort or commercial skiing operation in any Latin American country.
- Educational and Travel Planning: The app serves as a tool for weather education, cross-border trip planning, mountain safety awareness, and regional ski destination discovery.
2. User Eligibility and Account Requirements
SnowLatam is designed for users interested in snow and weather conditions across Latin America:
- Age Requirements: Users must be at least 13 years old to use the application independently (or the applicable age in their country). Users under this age may use the app with parental supervision.
- No Account Required: SnowLatam operates without mandatory user registration, allowing anonymous access to weather information across the region.

- Cross-Border Direct Links: The app may provide links to official ski resort websites, social media, and ticket purchasing platforms across different countries for user convenience.
- No Regional Booking Services: SnowLatam does not provide booking, reservation, or ticketing services for ski resorts in any Latin American country.
- Multi-Country Operational Status: Information about ski resort operations, lift status, and facility availability across the region is provided for informational purposes only.
- Regional Information Updates: We strive to maintain current information across all countries but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy of all ski resort details throughout Latin America.
- User Verification: Users should verify current conditions and operational status directly with ski resorts before traveling, especially when crossing international borders.
5. Location Services and Cross-Border Privacy
